A concise explanation of how information submitted through the DONE-E RFQ workflow is intended to be used.
Why the information is used
The information is used to evaluate your requested thermal process, identify a candidate system, prepare an engineering or commercial response, and maintain a record of the inquiry.
Internal recipients
Inquiry notifications are routed to approved DONE-E sales and engineering email accounts. Authorized personnel may access the inquiry administration system to review, update, and respond to the record.
Documents and security
Uploaded documents are intended to be stored in private object storage. Access is limited to authorized administrators through short-lived download links. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment card data, or information unrelated to the engineering request.
Retention and requests
The final retention period and request-handling procedure must be approved by DONE-E before production launch. For pre-launch privacy questions, contact sale@done-e.com.
